dissatisfied customer The neighborhood was not very good. the hotel hallways and elevator were very dirty as was our room there was mold on the shower curtain and in the toilet bowl. Some of the guests were very loud at all hours of the night. Only some of the staff were friendly and could answer my questions. Our shower had almost no hot water almost cold showers but sinks had very hot water. There were no amenities at all for the kitchen and you are charged extra for clean towels and linen. Not a good stay I was charged twiced. And I had booked a room with two beds that was non smoking and I received a room with one bed and it was smoking. We should get what we book.

Dirty room and sheets Very dirty rooms and sheets. Dirty sink smelly refrigerator.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE We didn't even stay. We arrived late and the office was not open. Repeated calls to the manager went unanswered. Were told there were non-smoking rooms available when they only had two smoking rooms.

The room smell like a bar full of smoke, no soap or shampoo, found a Cockroach on the floor.
i would like to get my refund back. i had to leave after i checked in. didn't like the place. i had to checked out and find a different motel.
The service was terrible, when we finally got our room key and walked into the room we walked right out it smelled like cigarettes and it wasn’t what I expected so we left and got a hotel somewhere else.
The room was simple which was not a problem. The bed was so uncomfortable and the shower/tub was dirty.
Feedback The rooms have no kitchen utensils. No hair dryer or coffee pot. The hotel is local and accesable to everything. However the office was always close and it was almost always a hit and mis when they would open to assist a customer. You have to pay an additional $10 for clean towles and when i needed clean towels it was as if the staff were not to happy or friendly.
