Very bad, dirty and bad smell. Didnt feel safe and had a very bad experiance.

We include the basics in the rate and then allow guests to customize so they pay only for what they want to use (like cookware, a coffeemaker, more frequent housekeeping, linen exchange, etc.). Worse experience. Worse stay ever !! I have never stayed in a place like this. The facility is dirty, there was no one in the front desk . The hotel smelled like mildewy. They have roaches, the walls have stains . The hotel has a lot of activity at night . Did not feel safe , could not sleep.

It took them 45 minutes to check me in. Then they didn't correctly process my payment so over the course of the next two days then knocked on my door at 11:00 pm and 10:30 pm and threatened to call the cops to evict me. The room had an unpleasant odor and there were lots of transients staying at the hotel.

Hotel stay. The location was ghetto. It smelled like cigarettes not a good smell. They only had wifi for ONE device. Smoking rooms only and hotel guest looked like crackheads. The area was kind of filled with crackheads too. Wouldn’t recommend. Sorry.

There was no staff upon checking in and checking out. The room was dirty as was the floors. The room smelled musty and nasty. The walls hadn’t been wiped in quite some time. Overall...dirty.

Not the safest place. Room was not cleaned and ready for my wife and I . Customer service was not there . No security at night had the fire alarm go off at 2:30 in the morning . Not a good experience.
