Not worth it. We only stayed for one night, the service was terrible. Front desk was not open at all times. Security was very disrespectful, we had problems with the toilet at 11:30 pm. No hair drier, shampoo, conditioner and only 2 towels when the room was reserved for 4 persons. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

No customer service. Not very informative at check Was not completely informed that this place was not like a hotel. Cleaning service once a week. First morning we left used towels on the floor to be laundered while we were out. We returned late evening to find no clean towels and room not clean. I continued to contact the front desk.... I would like to report that the service provided was not professional. Roaches were seen crawling on the walls a floor. When reported maintenance sprayed. Several bites while in bed so slept in the chair. Not a good place to stay.

Never Stay here head the warning terrible it was disgusting and gross not clean at all and in a bad area

Dirty room no housekeeping except for once a week
Don't waste your money Do not stay here with your family. A lot of sketchy people staying and hanging out around the hotel. Elevator reeked of smoke and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Did not feel safe or comfortable while there. The reception desk was always closed off and you need to dial a number for them to come out and check you in or out. Would not recommend to anyone.
