The Wood Spring Suites is not what I expected and I grow in Phoenix. The whole place stinks. I kept spraying air fresher and everyday I got back to my room it seemed it smelled worse. Would not advise a family traveling do not go outside after dark.

We just hate disappointing guests. We are so sorry you were not pleased with your stay, Barbara.
Beds were in terrible condition. Pillows left a lot to be desired and we could not get extra pillows. I had to plunge my own toilet. I left trash outside my door to take down the next morning. At midnight I had the local police knocking on my door telling me to take my trash down. It appeared that he was doing rounds. If you have the local police doing rounds there may be a problem. Not a place for business travel. Entire facility reeks of smoke including the rooms. Most people staying here are very long term residence. Motor cycle in parking lot was missing gas tank which I assume is either because it was stolen or was a theft prevention method by the owner. Checked in, saw how dirty it was and condition of the rooms, left and got reservations at another hotel. Bad facility and bad area. Avoid this place.

We stayed there for a week and we had some cockroache issues. We contacted the manager there and had the guy over to lay down traps. Room also was not clean very well with pet furs and and faucet was leaking very bad. At late night, we could hear people talking outside very clearly. Make sure bring extra earplugs!
