Hotel Horrible I stayed here 3 years ago when it was Value Place, it was a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, no bugs, no horrible obnoxious tenants living there full time, no charges for clean linen, no exits being blocked because people are peeing and pooping by the stairs. But all just said is applicable now, and the bugs will infuriate you the most after paying hard earned money to stay here. Freaking Gross place to stay, don't do it! Omg. This place is awful. Reeks of cigarettes throughout and other herbal things. Other tenants are loud, have lived there a while. Place is not well kept.

Was not welcomed .. had to phone in phone to get someone to the front desk. Later in the evening I came back to the hotel and my key would not work. Went to the front desk, again no one there, found a man who looked liked a janitor or room service, asked for some help and rudely said he was busy and that he would meet me back at my room when he was done. 30 minutes later I finally got into my room. We booked with Expedia and told us they did not have a room for us after trying to contact them for 30 min. They said all the rooms are booked already. Bad staff!!!

It had a nasty stench of ciggarettes. Other guests were extremely loud and the hallways we're filthy

When I checked in, there where two men in the lobby that was causing trouble. The desk clerk just ignore them. One of them threw their room key across the counter. When we got the room keys we went to go to the room. The halls smelt of smoke. There when people in the rooms yelling at others in the room. The rooms were dirty. The bed was not made trash on the floor. We ended up leaving and requested a refund. Which I still have not gotten.
