Quality suites! Clean, convenient, economical! Room was so nice, really clean, and staff super friendly! AMAZING deal for a room with full lounging area, working area and kitchen. So close to downtown Richmond and excellent shopping nearby. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Overall Good Stay Very good customer service, clean and comfortable room. The only problem I encountered was.... The parking lot was completely full when I pulled in, which I don't believe was the fault of the Extended stay hotel...I believe non paying guests were parked overnight on Thursday..no parking issues Friday evening. Saturday
