Everything about the room had a different filth factor. The remote to the tv was greasy and slimey. The kitchen floor was sticky. So you could feel and hear your shoes sticking to them. Just everything had some sort of filth of it's own kind. Staff became frustrated with me when I said my phone number and became irritated after they kept refusing to put in my phone area code. Whats the point of a reservation?! Booked room on hotels.com app and reservation was confirmed - went to check in at the hotel and was told there were no rooms available. i had to drive around to multiple hotels to try and find somewhere to stay

Worst stay of my life in a hotel. Bugs and dust on floor. Worst customer service. No utensils in kitchen. Oven not working.

Find another place to stay! When we checked in the room was being cleaned. Arrived to the room later that evening, to my surprise the room wasn't clean. Went to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies to clean and wipe down the entire room. The bathroom was FILTHY. This was my first and last time ever staying here.

Okay for VERY short stay. Slight ,unusual , unpleasant smell in whole hotel. Outdated. Bedding for pull out bed (knowing there were 6 people staying) was not available in room or offered at check in. Check in was ‘quiet’ and did not communicate anything and walked away- I was unsure if they were coming back or not. Had higher expectations as we have stayed in another one on the Washington/VA line and had a better stay there.

Not for us Old building that may have had a “budget” facelift. The hotel felt dirty and in need of a complete renovation. The location is ideal for easy commuting to local stores. We would not stay here again.

Wouldn't stay there again Desperate for a place to stay while traveling North and stuck in heavy traffic for hours with a dog, we landed at this place. Though the room was clean and the bed was comfy, the furnishings were old and worn, the rug looked dirty and the hallways and stairwells were gross. A fire on our floor forced us out of a much needed sleep and out into the parking lot for awhile. When checking in, internet was out of service due to a storm that had gone through, so it took awhile but not their fault.
