This property was awful! No working elevator, extension cords all through hallway connected to lights, exposed wires hanging from ceiling, room windows left completely open, bugs in room, and staff not able to communicate. We left and had to fight for our refund. Completely horrible - should be shut down!!

This property is horrible and that is putting it mildly. I went with a group with 6 reservations and they had everything mixed up from the start. #1- we had 2 people who were handicapped and 1 specifically asked for bottom floor. At first they had no bottom floor and was going to put us on the third floor WITH NO WORKING ELEVATOR! #2 check in took over an hour because we had to tell them them how to correct their mistakes repeatedly. (A person who requested a 2 bed/1 sofa room was being given a 1 bed only room, as an example... read more

Property has bugs, Exposed wires in hallway,no lights in hallway temporary lights on floor elevator broke.

Photos on website were NOT of actual property. Elevator out of order-on 3rd floor with 2 disabled people. Room was so filthy that there was food in chairs, bathroom was just plain gross. Smell was disgusting, hallway smells of marijuana. No linens for the pull out couch, and a half hour break turned to almost an hour to wait for them. Shortest stay in a hotel ever.

Disappointing Stay; inefficient efficiency room. This hotel was disappointing. No dishes, cups, or utensils in the kitchen. Booked here so we would have a kitchen for meals. Kitchen was useless. No ice machine on site at all. The floor in our room was soaked when we arrived. We were told because the carpet had been cleaned which was fine but once dry it was sticky…gross. Really was looking forward to our stay, unfortunately the hotel overbooked our stay and we didn’t find out until we arrived after a 12-hour road trip, that they didn’t have availability. I would have liked to receive a call from the hotel to give us a heads up, instead we were turned away upon our arrival.
