The deadbolt on the door was hanging by a thread, and it was an outside room! There was food garbage in the sink, mildew on the shower curtain, and the trash had not been emptied. All this for $85 a night! Outrageous!

We checked in and instantly could smell poop so we went to the bathroom and the toilet was filled with it. We tried to flush and it was broken so we called the front desk and he said that was all available and no plumber available. Also the room had no trashcan, the heat wouldn’t come home, the remote to the tv didn’t work (it didn’t matter because the tv had no connection the entire time we were there. The first room assigned had trash, clothes, personal items and other miscellaneous junk shoved under the bed and behind the dresser. After requesting and receiving a new room I was not impressed with its condition. Would not recommend staying at this particular hotel.

At first the place looked amazing. We dropped our stuff off and enjoyed the rest of our evening. Came back and that when we noticed that we booked a stay in Hell.

Terrible Booking When I booked my hotel last night it was for a queen but when i arrived they said they didn’t have anything available. After a back and forth with the clerk and him going to personally check out the rooms he said some were dirty and they only one I could get was a 2 bed with a broken tv, and no money off. Plus the tub was dirty.

We originally paid for the room for 3 days but checked out early. The shower was dirty. We tried to use the pull out sofa and found dirty socks and a debit card in it, no sheets. The key card took several tries to works, every single time. There was a blood stain on the carpet and the cover for the a/c unit was gone. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter in a non smoking room and the toilet needed to be flushed 2-3 times. Roaches, Booger Shower Curtain, Filthy, Pet Urine Don't stay there unless you have no other choice!! I couldn't get my money back so I stayed. The room was disgusting. There were roaches, the room smelled like old pet urine, the counters and refrigerator were not clean. Once I removed the trash bag out of the trash can, it was full of rotten food and ketchup packets stuck to it. There was just a new trash bag on top of it.
