When I got there the front desk clerk ask my name look up it up gave me a key then started talking to his coworker I asked him where was the room he told me make a right it’s on the opposite side. I left and rode around the hotel twice before finding the room. I got inside no pots,pans, dishes or utensils. The bathroom vanity door was off and the tub had mold and rust around the seal, the sink was also dirty or rusted. The refrigerator had rust on the outside and nets. The carpet very dirty. When I got to the hotel they refused to allow me to check in even though I had reserved my room a month in advance. I had asked for a king accessible room because I was having surgery They didn't have any available so they try to put me in a two queen room There was no door handles a stove didn't work the fridge didn't work I paid more a night then what they have listed on their site there for used to give me my money back Expedia refused to give me my money back I am currently seeking a refund from my bank

Horrible It was horrible. They didn't want to give my friends the room next to us even though it was empty the entite weekend. They gave me utensils but for one and when i request for 1 more plate, they declined me even though my reservation was for 2 of us in the room. I also saw roaches in the bathroom. The day of me checking out, i had about 20mins before 11am, they came banging on the door. They then proceeded to wait out there with cleaning cart. Horrible! Very disappointed. Usually extended stays are nice. This was a dump. Had a ask for a rash can - not one in the room. No blow dryer- had to request one as well. Had a kitchenette but not a single utensil, dish or ice tray. AC. Was worthless

Dirty smelly property never seen touching disgusting place, I get to the hotel I have no room they overbooked and they find me a room supposed to be a double it’s not a double it’s a dumb smelt like a homeless person living in it garbage all over the place Wait two hours for the manager to come bye I found another hotel by the time he came
