My husband and I booked a stay here for a week and literally had no hot running water the entire time. I complained every single day and nothing was done. We were told “it’s because of the bad weather that there’s no hot water”. The bathroom floor was filthy like it had never been cleaned and there were bugs in our room! Quite a horrific experience here’!! They need to be shut down!

Won’t stay here again. Our house had been out of power for several days, so we needed a place with wifi and a hot shower for a couple days to get work done. Upon check in, the gentleman was nice, gave me information on how to log into the WiFi. That’s where my good experience ended. This place was terrible. I woke up to the hot water being ice cold I called the front desk inquiring about the water the lady at the front desk told me she knew and that all three buildings was out. I ask her did she have an ETA so i could make arrangements she hung up the phone on me. The house keeping came knocking at my door telling me check out was at 11 I told her there was no hot water she told me check out was still at 11. I was beyond disappointed with this place. Keep in mind, You get what you pay for! Check in was quick & easy. Free wifi. Got to the room. Everything looked as if someone was already there. Bedding was in disarray so I immediately returned to the office and informed them of the condition. They apologized, said that house keeping was off for the day. Gave me the key to another room and said that if this wasn’t clean and ready then they would refund my money. I went to the next room and it looked as if it had been cleaned and made up. Could not check in until exactly 3pm - I arrived at 245 - the lady that was there told me that i had to wait until the next shift came in and walked out at 255. Guy that came in after was nice and courteous but it takes one unfortunately to leave an extremely bad experience especially for checking in.

Dirty Location need new cleaning crew for COVID We tried to call to alert the hotel we would be late and they never answered the phone for 4 hours. The registration lady at a different location explained your reservation is good until midnight. We were moved to three different rooms on Christmas Eve. The First room had dirty bed sheets. Second room was completely dirty with a smell. From the floor having food and crumbs on it. A dirty kitchen and the previous guest trash piled high with food was still under the cabinet.
