It was horrible I paid for my room the night before then they told me that I had to pay again because night audit didn't except my payment, towels were dirty bathroom had excessive amounts of hair it was horrible experience

The room was "non-smoking" but continuously smelled like pot from the next room, there was burn holes in the sheets, the microwave didn't have a turn table and lamps were missing bulbs. Also, was made to feel bad about my having my service animal when checking in, because the person in the next room had "spent a lot of money" and worked nights, even though they also had a dog because we could hear it barking. Over all, very dissatisfied and would not recommend!

you get what you pay for. Stayed here for one night on the road, room on ground level had super sticky floors, no water pressure or hot water, furniture showing extreme wear including stains and tears. Nice front desk staff.

You definitely get what you pay for. The room I stayed in was pretty run down. I found hair in the tub and in the drain. There was toothpaste droppings on the bathroom mirror frame. The carpet was so dirty I had my shoes on the entire stay. The bed felt like a board. Very uncomfortable.

IT WAS HORRIBLE HOOD ISH ALL DAY MY HEAT WAS BROKE I GOT THE WRONG KEY ME AND DAUGHTER FREEZING COULDNT GET THE FRONT DESK THEN CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD CALL BACK MON-FRI OMG HORRIBLE AND THE PEOPLE LIVING THERE WERE RATCHET

I booked this room for a weeks stay for business. The first night there I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. I went to the front desk and there was no one manning the desk to complain. The next morning I called the front desk and was told they were aware of the “no hot water” and were going to “hit the reset button and I should have hot water soon”; that never happened. Well, I went through the hotel’s website to get a room at Extended Stay America in Richmond, Virginia. I intended on booking the one at 6807 Paragon park but instead booked west end I-69. I called the 1800 number and THOUGHT that the representative had switched my stay to the correct place. He said he did but didn’t. I showed up at the paragon park and there was no reservation.
