We originally paid for the room for 3 days but checked out early. The shower was dirty. We tried to use the pull out sofa and found dirty socks and a debit card in it, no sheets. The key card took several tries to works, every single time. There was a blood stain on the carpet and the cover for the a/c unit was gone. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter in a non smoking room and the toilet needed to be flushed 2-3 times. Roaches, Booger Shower Curtain, Filthy, Pet Urine Don't stay there unless you have no other choice!! I couldn't get my money back so I stayed. The room was disgusting. There were roaches, the room smelled like old pet urine, the counters and refrigerator were not clean. Once I removed the trash bag out of the trash can, it was full of rotten food and ketchup packets stuck to it. There was just a new trash bag on top of it. Disgusting They gave us a room that was not clean , bed sheets were full of stains and human hair, upon request for another room or accommodation the front desk worker seemed unconcerned and stated they had no more rooms and then gave me sheets to put on the beds myself. When returning to the room with the other sheets after unfolding them i noticed they too had stains and human hair

They need help I got to the hotel to check in around 3:30, available check in was at 3. Checked in, and the lady at the front desk asked me if we could wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready. We waited. Got to the room that we had been assigned and neither of the 2 beds had been changed over. I found the lady, and told her that this was unacceptable. She asked me if we could wait just a few more minutes to find another room she could put us in. 20 minutes later, she had another room that was clean and available. She apolog... read more

Management was never available everytime I called Ali or Roger was never around The front desk receptionist not hanna the other one who always has a problem giving her name never knows anything she has poor phone skills, the heat in my room was not working, I asked for more towels never received I asked for management to give me a call and up until now haven't gotten anything I ended up leaving a day earlier..I couldn't stay there.
