Horrible Horrible experience. Couldn't get towels, wash cloths, or even a shower curtain. Room was dirty upon arrival. Staff would not do anything about said issues

I booked a room through Expedia and drove 3 hours to check in, but there was no room available at the hotel, it is so messed up

Shower was broken and didn't get the room I paid for

Upon arrival to my room, the fire alarm was beeping every 20-30 seconds. I called about it and they said they would be up in 5 minutes. While waiting for 20-25 minutes, I also noticed a broken bathroom sink front panel that I documented when the individual arrived. The “fix” was to take the battery out to where I had no fire alarm in my room that night. The room also did not even contain a trash can.

Unsafe and unclean The door's lock was broken. The clerk refused to fix it and lied about the availability of other rooms. Overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel was poor and the area did not feel safe.
