IT WAS HORRIBLE HOOD ISH ALL DAY MY HEAT WAS BROKE I GOT THE WRONG KEY ME AND DAUGHTER FREEZING COULDNT GET THE FRONT DESK THEN CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD CALL BACK MON-FRI OMG HORRIBLE AND THE PEOPLE LIVING THERE WERE RATCHET

I booked this room for a weeks stay for business. The first night there I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. I went to the front desk and there was no one manning the desk to complain. The next morning I called the front desk and was told they were aware of the “no hot water” and were going to “hit the reset button and I should have hot water soon”; that never happened. Well, I went through the hotel’s website to get a room at Extended Stay America in Richmond, Virginia. I intended on booking the one at 6807 Paragon park but instead booked west end I-69. I called the 1800 number and THOUGHT that the representative had switched my stay to the correct place. He said he did but didn’t. I showed up at the paragon park and there was no reservation. My husband and I booked a stay here for a week and literally had no hot running water the entire time. I complained every single day and nothing was done. We were told “it’s because of the bad weather that there’s no hot water”. The bathroom floor was filthy like it had never been cleaned and there were bugs in our room! Quite a horrific experience here’!! They need to be shut down!

Won’t stay here again. Our house had been out of power for several days, so we needed a place with wifi and a hot shower for a couple days to get work done. Upon check in, the gentleman was nice, gave me information on how to log into the WiFi. That’s where my good experience ended. This place was terrible. I woke up to the hot water being ice cold I called the front desk inquiring about the water the lady at the front desk told me she knew and that all three buildings was out. I ask her did she have an ETA so i could make arrangements she hung up the phone on me. Keep in mind, You get what you pay for! Check in was quick & easy. Free wifi. Got to the room. Everything looked as if someone was already there. Bedding was in disarray so I immediately returned to the office and informed them of the condition. They apologized, said that house keeping was off for the day. Gave me the key to another room and said that if this wasn’t clean and ready then they would refund my money. I went to the next room and it looked as if it had been cleaned and made up.
