Don't do it We arrived at the hotel at 8:30pm, after driving for 15hrs. Our reservation was not honored, they had overbooked themselves. After staying at another near by hotel, we were told they do this quite frequently. Will never book at Extended Stay ever.

It was horrible I paid for my room the night before then they told me that I had to pay again because night audit didn't except my payment, towels were dirty bathroom had excessive amounts of hair it was horrible experience

The room was "non-smoking" but continuously smelled like pot from the next room, there was burn holes in the sheets, the microwave didn't have a turn table and lamps were missing bulbs. Also, was made to feel bad about my having my service animal when checking in, because the person in the next room had "spent a lot of money" and worked nights, even though they also had a dog because we could hear it barking. Over all, very dissatisfied and would not recommend!

you get what you pay for. Stayed here for one night on the road, room on ground level had super sticky floors, no water pressure or hot water, furniture showing extreme wear including stains and tears. Nice front desk staff.

You definitely get what you pay for. The room I stayed in was pretty run down. I found hair in the tub and in the drain. There was toothpaste droppings on the bathroom mirror frame. The carpet was so dirty I had my shoes on the entire stay. The bed felt like a board. Very uncomfortable.
