I've stayed here before, but it was nothing like it is now. I wouldn't recommend to anyone that I know.
Pissed to the max The bathroom toilet was dirty Housekeeping did not clean the shower there were soap left in the shower along with a dirty washcloth my stay there was horrible I will never stay there again
Did I do something wrong? The staff was cold & unwelcoming. The sheets had pubic hairs on them and when i asked for clean ones to put on myself they were not polite. The TV couldn't get all the channels and there was no ice or shampoo. Was not able to get a change of towels and when I was on my last day I was having a bad morning with my stomach (I am in the middle of G.I. surgeries) so I asked if I could get a late checkout for just 1 hour and THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME!?! Highly Disappointed The bathroom was not clean, the sink was stopped up, the bed was not comfortable. This was not the Extended Stay That I was Use To.
Gave away my reserved room I made a reservation and when I got there I got told they already gave my room away. Then they charged my card for the amount of the reservation. Trying to get my money back now smh
