We found bed bugs on the bed. We took pictures and brought the front desk staff to look at the bed. We checked out immediately and had to find a hotel same day at midnight. Awful.

The room was so disgusting . The first room they gave me ( 117) had no TV and holes in the comforter sheets. When I went to the lobby to complain about my room not having one. Another customer was complaining of the AC in his room not working. Then they put me in room (105) The smell was awful.It was not clean and had lipstick stains on the shower curtains from the previous guest. I was unable to change my room because the lobby then closed. Worst experience ever, I would recommend trying a different establishment.

Well, the you g man who assisted at the front desk was very robotic and could use some additional training around customer service and building rapport. The room was fine, the location of the room was horrible. Apparently where I was placed was in the building that had all the guest who were stYing for a ling term or who called their room home. As I walked up the stairs to my room a large unleashed pit bull greeted me with a growl. Other residents just sta

Dirty rooms After coming off the road from a 6 hour trip I was ready to rest but had to go to 3 different rooms...the first room was dirty...had ketchup stains and crumbs on nightstand...2nd room had do g poop on floor in a corner...3rd room was a tad better but at this point I was tired and didnt want to drive any longer
