Could not check in until exactly 3pm - I arrived at 245 - the lady that was there told me that i had to wait until the next shift came in and walked out at 255. Guy that came in after was nice and courteous but it takes one unfortunately to leave an extremely bad experience especially for checking in.

Dirty Location need new cleaning crew for COVID We tried to call to alert the hotel we would be late and they never answered the phone for 4 hours. The registration lady at a different location explained your reservation is good until midnight. We were moved to three different rooms on Christmas Eve. The First room had dirty bed sheets. Second room was completely dirty with a smell. From the floor having food and crumbs on it. A dirty kitchen and the previous guest trash piled high with food was still under the cabinet. During my stay, the toilet started to continuously run, maintenance never even came to look at it. The bathroom has mildew built up along the shower tile. While I was gone, someone entered my apartment and the door was left open until almost midnight. Needless to say, I was rather disappointed.

checked into a room that was CLEARLY half a** cleaned in the middle of a PANDEMIC. while sanitizing it (as i always do, even before COVID) there were items still in the freezer, the microwave was disgusting, there was hair left in & around the tub, & the hygiene bottles they placed were literally empty 😐 the nice healthy ROACH the size of my pinky crawling out from behind the bathroom mirror topped the cake thou. he’s been around a while. i will never be back.

Affordable, no place for a family The place was slammed packed. Parking was difficult to find. The door was jammed and difficult to open. It was relatively small in the room. Nights were loud and rowdy. The room adjacent to us kept us up in the AM hours. They decided to bang and beat down the door at 2am. I almost called the police thinking someone was breaking it.
