The stay was fine as I just needed a place to stay for a night but the tub in the bathroom was still very dirty (mold growing in the grout, little hairs everywhere).

The room was clean, we liked that. We didn’t like that we had to ask for everything—coffee, coffee maker, cups, a mattress for the fold out bed. The room itself was okay but not especially impressive.

Upon arrival to the room, the first thing I noticed was the carpet had small pieces of trash at the door. Additional trash was found under the neatly placed chairs. The bathroom towels were rough and old looking. The fan in the bathroom which was connected to the light was very loud. Annoying to just be in the bathroom with it on. I requested an upper level unit upon arrival and was told the were booked. Although the room above was not occupied.

Staff barely spoke English and didn’t hardly understand what I was saying. I pre-booked these rooms through Expedia a month or so in advance and they said they overbooked for the weekend and was wondering if I’d be willing to change rooms. Things were left in the room from previous tenants(fridge had stuff in it, few things in closet area, and plugged into the outlets)
