Check in process was inadequate

Not impressed. Not very impressed. Shower curtain rod was pulled from the wall causing shower curtain to not close. Large holes in the bathroom door. Stains on headboard of bed, walls, ceilings, etc. Only one wash cloth was provided. Floor was sticky.

I had family come into town and had to find another hotel for them and had to pay more than i was expecting to due to this hotel overbooking and having to cancel my reservation. VERY INCONVENIENT.

Do not book This hotel was absolutely horrible! It was disgusting smelled damaged and the beds are rock hard

Kitchen was filthy

As soon I arrived to check in they tried canceling my reservation telling me they were fully booked and couldn’t honor my reservation. After some back and forth, I was eventually given my room for the night. They tried to convince me that the room did not have working AC and would prefer not to give the room to me. Don’t stay here The property was terrible and roaches were everywhere. It took management a while to respond to me and I was extremely angry about the stay and request a full refund

My reservation was canceled without alternative. My reservation was cancelled same day stating they were sold out. No other offer of accommodations were made. I booked another hotel hours before arriving and had to pay double the rate. Unacceptable.

We paid for a non-smoking room with a king sized bed. We got a room with a queen sized bed that smelled of stale smoke. Neither of us are smokers so that was unpleasant. We checked in late. No one was at the desk because they close the lobby at 10. Had to call from phone outside, and the guy who came said he would charge our card when we paid in full through expedia. He seemed unsure of what he was doing. Sticky floors, damaged cabinets. Old and worn. Not impressed at all.
