I reserved two double beds with confirmation but I got single bed. It was terrible for me

This property is disgusting. Dirty, toilet didn’t work and on a busy highway. We had to check out and go to another motel and they didn’t refund our money. We were in the room less than 5 minutes. Don’t go there

From what I could tell, it is a welfare hotel, and thus was fully occupied. There were what appeared to be drug addicts who live there hanging out in back. Loud music emanated from multiple cars filled with questionable characters. The dingy room had too many bugs of various species. The floor was dirty and stairs to the unit way worse. I had stayed at Extended Stay in Boise for six weeks and it was excellent. Thus I hit this pit while on a road trip. The people they have cleaning their rooms is sad. The lady was on drugs and couldn’t even check out a key. Also my total on my confirmation was way less than what they charged my car 200 dollars difference!!

Extended Stay Hotel in Roanoke was terrible. Our feet stuck to the floor and the carpeting was all stained to the point that it looked like a crime scene. First room they place to send was clearly occupied previously by a smoker and when we requested a change the front desk clerk told me that it was not his issue but that of housekeeping and I should take it up with them. He finally gave us another room.

Extremely Rude night clerk The hotel clerk turned down me and my two children after we drove 3 hours to Roanoke. He told me we couldn’t stay because I have a local ID and had to book for a week even though I had already paid. I was stereotyped because I was a young black man with tattoos. I’m a union welder and I’m on the road for weeks at a time so I don’t reside in the area anymore I was trying to spend my one weekend a month with my children.
