checked into room in lobby. never entered room. left to attend event. lost room keys came back to property attempted to get new key LOBBY closed at 11pm. No way to get new key or enter rooms. no contact#. waste of money

When we checked in to our first room - the toilet was stopped up, we got sent to the next room and it hadn't been cleaned, then we got sent to another room and it hadn't been cleaned. We asked for our money back and went to another hotel. In all of our travels - this has never happened before.

Terrible I was having a weekend away woth my aiaters and all of our kids. We reserved our room 2 months in advance and paid for them when we did. Two of us got there early and checked in, our other sister couldnt check in until later around 10, we talked to Bentley at the front desk and told him, he said it was okay. We didnt go into our rooms, we went to dinner first. no luggage carts available Stained mattress, sticky floors, no luggage carts available, rust showing on structure and poor property upkeep. However, the night manager was excellent.

wrong room was given wrong room was given. i booked two queen bed room and i was given 2 full bed room. i realized it after i moved all of my luggage to the room. also microwave was broken which was fixed later but still not a good experience
