Bottom Barrel The hotel room was comfy, however I they don’t have an official lobby, and the only way to call someone for the office is to use their phone in the middle of the hotel. Then for my bathroom, the suit was fully clogged with urine and feces and wasn’t cleaned before I got there. Overall a 3/10 experience and probably wouldn’t recommend.

Please stay away from this facility. .We reserved 2 rooms & arrive to find out they overbooked. Went downhill after that. Absolutely horrible.

This place is disgusting! I found a cockroach on my pillow! Expedia contacted the hotel when Imcomplained and left it up to me to negotiate on getting my money back. The hotel offered to move me to a different but refused to refund me for the night. I will never go back nor will I ever use Expedia again!

checked into room in lobby. never entered room. left to attend event. lost room keys came back to property attempted to get new key LOBBY closed at 11pm. No way to get new key or enter rooms. no contact#. waste of money
