There were roaches, stains everywhere, the outside was littered, the staff were unattentive.

Carpet was extremely stained. Stink bugs all over the room. No remote for the tv. Had to wait on the boy in the office to get done on his cellphone just to check in. No washcloths. Very noisy between the traffic and other guests.

They put me in a room that wasn't cleaned (bed not made, towels on the floor). I let them know and the second room was on the third floor. The elevator doesn't go to the third floor because it's broken. That room was ok, but in need of some updates. Noise from the highway was terrible. I moved to a different hotel for the rest of my stay. Courtyard Marriott was wonderful.

Gross Pretty disgusting honestly. There was blood on our sheets, one pillow case, and two pillows didn’t have a case. We tried to call the front desk for more & our phone line was cut. We went downstairs and the guy claimed they were in the dryer and he would call when they are done. That never happened. We covered the bed with a blanket & grabbed our own pillows and blanket.
