Expedia should take this hotel off its list. DISGUSTING and UNSAFE. GROSS= carpet, towels, bathroom, bedding, walls, doors, parking... the whole building is nauseous. UNSAFE= Shady activities throughout the night, loud talking and cursing in front of rooms and staircases, lots of knocking on doors, coming and going, possible prostitution and drug dealing. I concur with all previous reviews describing this HORRIBLE place. WORST HOTEL EVER!

Roanoke Extended stay Very old and need of updates. Tub had a large hole with packing tape covering it. Button on wall light came off, pillows uncomfortable. Motel style and a lot of outside traffic. Noisy guests above. Parking lot noisy until after midnight. No soundproofing.

Horrible Walked into the room with my six month old daughter and pull the sheets back to see a needle and bags with brown powder substance in them. I proceed to get my things and walk back to the office but can’t get into the elevator because someone was passed out in the entrance of it.

Floor in room was dirty and sticky. Fire alarm was hanging feom ceiling. Looked like housekeeper never came and cleaned room.

The rooms smelled like smoke and the beds are too small and it was an already open roll of tissue in the bathroom with hair on it the rooms looked nothing like online I have stayed at this hotel years ago and it’s nothing like then it has changed a lot I don’t think I’ll ever stay again

The bath tub had spiders and hnats and one of the towels was stained with dirt. The door could not be closed all the way so you you couldn’t deadbolt from the inside.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! The place is disgusting! I had to ask the clerk to switch out the room because it reeked of cigarettes and had no toilet paper. The second room was no better. It smelled of cigarettes, had really bad stains on a red carpet, the ac was at its highest but it was still warm. The stove burners were corroded. There was a half empty container of shampoo which i didnt use. I found a black hair on the bed. I didnt leave because i was traveling with my daughter who stayed in amother room and we were ... read more

Disappointed Upon arrival, I noticed there was an extremely unpleasant sewage smell about the property. The man at the front desk informed me that the room was on the 2nd level. I asked if it were possible for us to be on the 1st floor & he said yes, just let me personally check your room. He did & assured me everything was good to go. The air was a bit hot once we got inside, so I turned it to the coolest setting to cool it off, only to realize the ac was broken! Two rooms unsuitable. First had puddle on floor 0f kitchen. Secound with unmade bed. Front desk game phone number of taxi for ride to airport, but of course they were not operating due to C virus....dah.
