Go someplace else The place was really shabby and not very clean. The bathroom smelled of old urine. The bed appeared clean, but otherwise an unpleasant experience.

Kitchen was totally empty not even a coffeemaker Cigarette burns in blanket Tub/ shower stained Stale smelling room

Check in was .....like being on candid camera. 35 min to checkin to a prepaid room at 1am. We gave up and went to another hotel. Staff NEEDS training.

The smoking policy isn't enforced. Residents were smkoing within established no smoking boundary. Smell of smoke the walk ways and elevator. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Checking in with all the forms they want you to fill out and sign, paragraphs of conditions and treats of additional fees, penalties, and coping my drivers license was a bit over the top. My bank doesn’t require paperwork like this!!!!!! They had to run my credit card through twice, once for incidentals and once for the room charge. This is my third hotel (Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn) check in this week, all the other hotels ask to see my id without photo coping it and I didn’t have to sign anything else. Needs improvements Wasn’t as clean. The top of the was disgusting and the rugs had marks. Behind the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there wasn’t any toiletries in the bathroom.
