Ramshackle in Roanoke Took a deposit for $250 to prevent smoking yet the room clearly had been a smoking room for years. That did it for me. I am very sensitive to breathing in smoky air.

Horrible experience Reserved and got reservation number. Arrived to check in, no room, had been given away. Clerk was arguing with another customer about receiving refund and she had a container with bed bugs and he wasn't giving her a refund. Clerk was not nice at all. Have spoken with hotels.com and not received a refund yet. Was in town because daughter was transferred there with medical issues and this made it so much worse. Didn't arrive at hotel until 11 PM and then had nowhere to stay.

RoanokeExtended Stay Hotel rooms have kitchens, but no utensils, or pots, etc to use at all the kitchenette. No hair dryers in rooms, no hangers in closets. Offer indicates a Free Continental Breakfast.. however there was only coffee and Grits! Honestly, this was very disappointing.. I booked at this facility because of the free breakfast.

Avoid atr all cost! Location has local Thugs who hang out and knock on doors during you stay. Rooms smell like weed, towels are dirty, and the service is poor at best. Outside trash cans filled with beer cans/cases. If you like this kind of activities this is the perfect spot for you.

Not Accurate The Information incluiding pictures are not accurate, this hotel need to be remodel asap, we had to wait 1/2 hour so the staff open the door because was broke.

Strangest Day and Night 1st room still had occupants. 2nd and 3rd rooms weren't ready. 4th when finally ready was okay until THAT room was leased to other occupants who just opened the door with an entrance card that night when I was resting. Luckily I was there. Finally I settled for a room with 2 full beds when a paid for 2 queen beds.

Not very happy Had my Granddaughter bring me a razorback to me she found in a dresser drawer. Had issues with checking in out process. Why can't it go smooth

Drove for 4 hrs with no room on arrival Booked this on 9/14/16 for 9/17/16. Drove for 4 hrs upon arrival the clerk said they had rented our room. With that I asked why he replied ask my Manager. Which he would not give me the #. Not even a courtesy call before we arrived just no room. He was very smart mouth about the whole thing.
