It was the poorest extended Stay we ever stayed at.. There was no help to find a cart to take our things to the upper floors. We learned when we were leaving that they had one cart for the whole hotel. There were signs up "No Smoking" in fact we had to sign that we understood it was no smoking and yet as we were carrying our things up the stairs we almost got hit with a cigarette butt that was thrown from the top floor.

There was lots of garbage strewn around the property, though the room itself was clean.

Nasty I paid $96. And walked into a room that I did not want to touch nothing. I slept with my clothes on a towel over the pillow and refuse to put the cover on me. The carpet was filthy. The windows were nasty If you wanted to drink a glass of water there were no dishes,utensils nothing, you would have to call the office and ask..I willl never ever stay at another.

Poor service and overbooked Showed up to get room after booking online and was told the hotel was full even though our card was charged and we had reservations. Door to office was closed and locked sign said to use phone on side which didn't work had to use cell phone. Was turned away over the phone.

My stay at Extended Stay America, Roanoke Airport. My wife and I arrived about 4:00 pm. We had reservations made one day in advance. The receptionist made us feel welcome. After acquiring the keys to our room on our way to room #316 we noticed the common walk ways were dirty and there seemed to be beverage spills along the walkways. Also we noticed the door mats in front of all the doors were extremely dirty with small gravel and stone like materials on them and they had not been cleaned or vacuumed. A non-smoking hotel poised with smoke odor I always book only entire-hotel non-smoking hotels. This one is listed as this. Non-smoking signs were nicely posted on doors and in corridors and at front desk. I signed an agreement for not smoking for my stay. Everything official and looks right. However, the room I was assigned is poised terribly with smoke odor. I had to wash everything in my suitcase when I got home to get rid of it. unsatisfactory The actual room was decent and clean. Everytime we turned on the bathroom fan/light in the bathroom the entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. The outside of the hotel is dirty and the trash cans were always overflowing. We stayed 8 days and only saw housekeeping once. We will not stay at this hotel again.

OVER BOOKED! You booked us in an OVER BOOKED hotel! Therefore we didn't stay there! It was a nightmare night!
