5 fire alarms in 30 hours Me and my family traveled 4 hours to roanoke to bury my cousin who was killed in an unsolved hit and run. We got there at 9pm and by 1am Sat morning the fire alarm went off until 2:30am. We evacuated in the rain. Sat night we got in at 10 and at 3 the fire alarm went off. It went off again 3 more times by 5:45am. My family was mourning and we could not even get a good nights rest. The carpet had stains in the floor and the cable did not work. False fire alarm two times in one night. Firemen came. Evidence of dirty room from previous guest clumps of hair and dog food

Fire 🔥 alarm Fire alarm went off both nights I stayed. The first night for roughly two hours, the second night it went off 3 times throughout the night.

I drove in late that evening trying to get some rest before my 7am flight in Roanoke. The smoke alarms went off several times causing the fire department to come out several times. I was not able to get any sleep. I fully expected to not be charged for for the miserable night but nothing was offered. That place was terrible.

Got there and everything was good. Left to see family and came back around 10pm, in bed by 12. 3:30am in the morning, the fire alarm goes off. Fire trucks show. 4am goes again. Fire trucks show. It goes off 2 more times after that n decided to leave. Receptionist had no idea what to do. My only setback to the place. Got little sleep to then drive 7 hrs home

The property will book you for multiple days and thennattempt to have you evicted in order to max profit/free up roomrooms

Ireaserved proprty for 14vdays. And was notvsupposed to have housekeeping for 14cdayhowever. A

I found stink bugs and roaches and another type of insect in my room.there was a constant wind noise coming through the door

I never stayed here!!! I called and told them when I would arrive and could not get a clerk to answer the phone when i arrived. I call and used the house phone. I had to find a different hotel at midnight. I was not happy.
