I paid for my room. The money was deducted from my debit card but the front desk would not check me in bc the authorization on their computer didnt show pending although they held my money and i had to sleep in car. Plus its been 5 days and still no refund?!!!

Clean but there was a power outage in the area and i was unaware of it prior to paying for the room.

I check into the property they asked to see my credit card then I want to scan my credit card once I get into the room turn on the TV watch TV. 10 minutes decide to get in the shower and within like 5 to 10 minutes the power went out of the whole entire building 3 hours and even when the power was on wasn't able to use internet the next morning I get up to check out looking like 5 hours of me checking in they tell me that I owe money which I had already pay for the reservation and it took them 30 minutes to figure that out b... read more

Dirty room, shakes when people walk by. Housekeeping never resolved issue from day one where I had dirty sheets & a dirty towel. I was emailed about the issue where I explained the issues- then never recieved a follow up response

The staff people were very nice and friendly The room was not clean, bathroom sink was clogging Chair was dirty

Terrible value for the cost. The staff were polite but the hotel room was gross. The carpet was stained and lighting was very dim. There was a stain on the bed cover underneath the sheet which showed through and a smear of blood on the bathroom wall near the light switch. Outside the room there are dozens of cigarette butts on the ground. Guests in the back sit there all evening and all morning chain smoking.
