Bathtub still had hair in it. Breakfast was granola bars and muffins in very, very small checkin area and muffins were gone by the time we got there at 8:00. Room was old and dated.

We're really rating Expedia, which is horrible We were booked through Expedia, promised a room with 2 queen beds, had our card charged, and got there and there was no room available with 2 queens. In the meantime, the hotel staff was unable to reach Expedia, and said they're always put on hold for up to an hour—even though they have a "special" number to call. In the past we've liked Extended Stay America, and again, we're not rating the hotel, but our experience with Expedia.

Ramshackle in Roanoke Took a deposit for $250 to prevent smoking yet the room clearly had been a smoking room for years. That did it for me. I am very sensitive to breathing in smoky air.

Horrible experience Reserved and got reservation number. Arrived to check in, no room, had been given away. Clerk was arguing with another customer about receiving refund and she had a container with bed bugs and he wasn't giving her a refund. Clerk was not nice at all. Have spoken with hotels.com and not received a refund yet. Was in town because daughter was transferred there with medical issues and this made it so much worse. Didn't arrive at hotel until 11 PM and then had nowhere to stay.

RoanokeExtended Stay Hotel rooms have kitchens, but no utensils, or pots, etc to use at all the kitchenette. No hair dryers in rooms, no hangers in closets. Offer indicates a Free Continental Breakfast.. however there was only coffee and Grits! Honestly, this was very disappointing.. I booked at this facility because of the free breakfast.
Avoid atr all cost! Location has local Thugs who hang out and knock on doors during you stay. Rooms smell like weed, towels are dirty, and the service is poor at best. Outside trash cans filled with beer cans/cases. If you like this kind of activities this is the perfect spot for you.
Not Accurate The Information incluiding pictures are not accurate, this hotel need to be remodel asap, we had to wait 1/2 hour so the staff open the door because was broke.
