Welcome home Your two gals at the front desk were so sweet. They helped me with every request. Since I had never stayed with Extended Stay before I didn’t know I needed to get things for kitchen. So I really kept them busy with oh I forgot I need this requests. They never became irritated or rude. I fact I think they became friendlier. The upstairs housekeeper was also pleasant she assisted me with luggage trolly and elevator. Your staff also remembered my name before I became a frequent requestor to me that was Hugh.

Outstanding I've stay in Rockford, Illinois several times at other locations and I would have to say it has to be the best hotel in the area.

The hotel is dated. The hallway to my room smelled very musty the first day but was much better the second day. Also the grab and go breakfast is weak and could be improved with some fresh fruits and half and half for hot drinks along with the fake coffemate creamer
