The location was very convenient. It was nice to have laundry and full kitchen.
Convenient The hotel was clean and close to everything, right down the street from the much needed starbucks in the morning.Only granola bars or oatmeal for breakfast in the morning, but we knew that going in. Our room was quiet and comfortable even though it was right next to the elevator and across from the laundry room. There is no ice machine here for some reason.There is, however a kitchenette in the room that has a full size fridge. Customer service was great. Clean hotel in safe area right off of the interstate.
Close to the water park but was not a place I woul It was ok. Less than I expected for the price. Staff was friendly but no more extended stay hotels for me or my family
The staff was extremely friendly and the location was perfect for the trip we had planned. Our bed was a little firm for my liking but I know it's different for everyone. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Decent stay Just ok. The room smelled like smoke. Both times staying here, spider in the room. Staff are not always readily available. But they are friendly and helpful.
I will continue to stay at Extended Stay when in town, however, I was a little disappointed when I got to the room, all excited to watch HGTV (no cable at home), and Dish Network was in and out, mostly out due to the rain. Not the hotel's fault, but a known issue for satellite.
Close to shopping No ice machine. I have never stayed in a motel without one! Had to go down the street to gas station to buy a bag of ice. Quite annoying. No wastebasket in room other than small one in bathroom. Had to use a shopping bag for our trash. We were on 1st floor. On 2nd floor above us somewhere there was constant running/jumping. It was like a herd of elephants over our heads. We complained to front desk at 10:30 pm so we could sleep & it did stop for about an hour them continued off & on the rest of the night. T... read more
