another stay in Rockford The Television does not work proper. It is to dark in the wash room. Looks like the snow removal is only for the entrance but not for the side walk. One day cleaning per week of stay is inefficient for the pries you pay.

Ones again in Rockford Needs more maintenance: To expensive for one time cleaning per week of stay. The complimentary breakfast is questionable.

Niagara falls The toilet plugged and then it kept overflowing I told the person at the front desk and there was apparently no urgency. We had to be on our way. .

Friendly Staff I was very pleased by the friendliness of the staff at this property. After checking into my room I received a call from the front desk asking if everything was to my liking, which it was. I’d requested a “quiet room” because I’m a light sleeper and that request was accommodated. The room was large with plenty of seating. The kitchenette was ample, as was the desk, sitting and sleeping areas.
