Check in was ok. Got in elevator and the smell of pot smoked in it was overwhelming. When got out of car was solicited by numerous people. At night the slamming of doors was terrible and people in room upstairs had fight and slammed doors all night. It was like a section 8 apartment instead of hotel. Would never stay there again. Definitely overpriced as well

I didn’t like the cigarette smell all over the place and inside the room. I felt like I’m having second hand smoking the whole time we were in there. Plus they only clean rooms bi weekly, the lady at the front desk told us for our 12 days stay, our room will never be cleaned at all. But she said we could just go switch our towels and stuff ourselves at the front desk, which is fine I guess. But Salt Lake City is great! This hotel is close to everywhere you want to go while in Utah. They just need to clean a lot more!

The service and the place is really horrible. There's trash all around the building. People are not courteous of other people that are staying there loud and obnoxious. Looks like a crackhead.

Check your room first There’s literally a sign at the front of the hotel by the door that says do not smoke within 25 ft of the hotel, the first floor smells like cigarettes. Elevator doesn’t work. Stairs had white liquid on them like if someone dropped mayonnaise going up. Walked in the hotel room there’s a random black laundry basket. Carpet was dirty, looks like someone dropped gum on the carpet and they couldn’t remove the stain. I was traveling to a jobsite...This hotel was close by so I booked it...Checked in..the agent was nice...She put us on the 4th floor then preceeded to tell us the elevator didn't work...We asked if there was something on the 1st floor and she said sure if you would like that...Yes we would...We went to our room....It was not the cleanliest room I have stayed...There was dirt and such behind the bathroom door and in corner by the tub, the shower was green with lime, the shades on the window were filthy with dirt, the hearer/A... read more

Gross don’t stay here Carls Jr. is next door and their lights beamed in my room making it seem light outside all night. Hair all over my pillow when I arrived. Booger’s wipe on the side of the bed. No hot water. The smell of the entire hotel smelled of mold and whiskey. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Filthy hotel. The person at check-in was very friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to talk with. But it was by far the filthiest hotel I have EVER stayed in. It was disgusting from floors to ceiling, blinds/walls, bathroom, bed.. The walls were very thin. You can hear all the noise from outside, cars passing, that also shined their lights right through the window. Heard people all night long and going in and out of their rooms all night long as well. DON'T STAY HERE!!! Worst hotel I've stayed at in years. Upon arrival, there were multiple homeless men loitering in the lobby and in front of hotel. The lobby smelt like marijuana. The service at the front desk was very slow. The room was dirty, no hot water, no soap. The toilet ran throughout the night. The neighboring guests were loud all night, I'm sriting this review at 130 a.m because they are keeping me up. I'll never stay here again.
