I was in room 226, and there where a few issues. First the wall next to the bed had stains on it, next the floor didn't look like it had be cleaned. And when I went to take a shower there was very low water pressure and the drain didn't drain. So I went to the store and bought some Draino, lucky that worked. But the worse thing is I started to see roaches by this point I was already 3 days in. I stayed in the room across the hall room 125 a week prior and it was that bad. There was a stagnant odor in the room. The blinds didn't close all the way, and room on ground level. Even though it was late in the night, there was a lot of foot traffic around the building.

No heat for my elderly mother When we checked in I asked specifically if the heat was working. I was advised yes. Well it did not work. By the time we got back in for the evening, there wasn't anyone on site to tell. I had my elder mother with me and it was very cold in that room. I will never stay at this location again. I made it a point to ask about the heat, simce we went to another hotel and was advised that they did not have any.

This was by far the worst property we have EVER stayed at. I paid for & was confirmed for a NONsmoking room. They put us in a smoking room that was just filthy. It had no shower curtain or bar soap for showering. Dried vomit (we think it's vomit was on the back of the bathroom door. Everything else had a coat of grunge & grease. The room hadn't been dusted in at least a month. Terrible no towels. Got charged twice still waiting on refund. No shower curtain. And we didn’t even get the room we paid for online
