The towels were limited I stayed 3 nights 1.75 for new ones,no sleep upstairs stay was loud. Very disappointed.

False Advertising - No Pots/Pans/Dishes It is completely unacceptable that you did not have any pots/pans/plates/silverware for me to use in my room. The entire reason I booked at your location was because I needed a kitchen. After checking in, when I went to get pots and pans they told me they no longer offer that. They said I could buy a set if I wanted, but they were out at the moment so I couldn't buy it either (not that I would have spent money on that). Room was clean. Mattress was uncomfortable. No coffee in the morning. Took the iron and board out of the room. No Kleenex. Very disappointed in the hotel overall and we’ve stayed there before

I travel from Chicago to Mishawaka Indiana to stay at one of your location I get there and the manager informed me no more rooms available and on top of that they did not except cash. It was just one of the worst days of the month I’ve been through. I would never stay at one of your locations or recommend it. Sorry for the bad review. What is the truth? Extended stay america mishawaka, In We were 3 couples on our way to notre dame game from nj. One hour before we were to arrive at extended stay they called to say they were overbooked and we needed to find another hotel. Who does that. I had booked this afew months before. I will never give extended stay my business

They were having issues with evicting more permanent guests. The hallway smells like pee near my first room. Switched rooms because the pullout couch i needed was broken. Second room had a broken toliet, the pullout coach was dirty. Staff was great on trying to fix the issues.
