Lots of pets at this property. Hallway smelled strongly of pet urine. My room reeked of peanut oil. Staff not at all visible. At least it was quiet. Forgot my pillow and staff was totally unhelpful in getting it back to me. Never been happier to check out of a hotel.

Staff helpful and friendly. Property felt run down. Funky smell in the room though it was clean but they had left the window open when I checked in so someone noticed it snelled musty. Probably would not stay here again.

Contact high Fitness center was closed most of the time to store refrigerators, mattresses and other room equipment. Often left the room in the morning to the aroma of marijuana having been smoked somewhere nearby. The kitchenette reminded of an 80’s trailer. Our door would not lock via the deadbolt. Pets were allowed and the smell definitely fit that policy. Overall, we will not be returning due to those issues. The staff however was friendly, convenient and great in every aspect.

The room was dirty it smelt so bad in the room the overall hotel smelt like wet dog and cigarettes. There were cigarettes buds under my bed and trash under here there as well. It wasn’t a good hotel stay. I checked in at night and the young women was rude as well. Would not stay again.

When I went to check in they had no knowledge that I had already paid. They argued even after I showed the hotels.com email. They also said I way over paid w hotels.com

They didn't give me a room..i had t9 go somewhere else
