It wasn’t clean , it was very dirty and not what the pictures showed

Our standard is to do a thorough and detailed cleaning of the rooms after each guest leaves and make sure your room is clean and fresh upon your arrival. We are so disappointed to learn that this was not your experience but can assure that we will address this at the property level to make sure that we are improving the level of service we are providing to each of our guests.
The room had bugs. They don’t give you extra towels or clean your room. Not even shampoo or normal things you would have in a normal hotel. I will not be staying there again.

It was terrible. Roaches was everywhere, cops and fighting every night, partying and loud music til morning and the management is right there drinking and partying with them, and management are the rudest. I will never stay there again.

IT WAS LATE WHEN I CHECKED IN, THAN WAIT 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to actually check you in, than get to the room and the AC took literally another 30 minutes to finally come in and than never cooled the room off. Stay just sucked and woke up more tired than I went to bed.

The room smelled, there were bugs in the bathroom and bedroom. Bed was very uncomfortable.
