More bugs than an FBI stakeout!! I've stayed in hotels throughout the US, in many different countries, even places some called "third world countries," and I've NEVER seen a place this DISGUSTING! If I hadn't been in town to visit a family member with cancer, I would have left immediately. The only good thing was the low price. Nothing else was good. There were people loitering by the door, smoking. Smelled like smoke in the tiny lobby, room had an odor. The room looked like a cheap dorm room. I will never stay here again

It was clean, but staff not available. In order to get clean linens/towels you had to get them between 9am-7pm. When you are traveling its difficult to hang around during those hours.

They cancelled my room 6 hours before my arrival time. Had to find another one. Very rude staff member there.

When placing our reservation online, we were unaware this was an extended stay hotel. There wasn't a dresser, a closet, an ironing board or iron. There wasn't even a hair dryer. The beds were absolutely the worst, most uncomfortable. The heat unit sounded like a pac man life ending when turning. The people upstairs were rearranging furniture ALL NIGHT LONG. The sound of slamming doors never stopped.
