Very disapointed Rather disappointed, I am in town every Thursday and Friday, thought I would give this place a try, wrong move. Elevator very dirty. Entering room checked trash, trash can filthy and had wet toilet paper in it. Frige was not cold enough and knob was broke so couldnt turn it up. Light was out in fridge also. Sat down on foot of bed only to have it dump me in floor. The head of the bed would raise up when I sat down to untie my shoes. The bathroom was gross, the tub wasn’t cleaned properly. The sink had toothpaste in it. The toilet barely flushed (handle must have been broken). The room was clean other than the bathroom.

The property at first glance, was adequate. The first thing I noticed was that the doors were not automatic. Very difficult when carrying luggage or pushing a wheelchair/luggage carrier. The rooms we supposed to have queen beds in them. The beds in our room were full beds. When I asked at the front desk, I was told all of the rooms had queen beds. Those were the smallest queen beds I have ever seen! The room was dirty. Nothing was cleaned thoroughly. I cleaned the phone and remote myself

No phone in room, bed was so old that I felt like I was sleeping on box springs alone. No trash cans in room, shower was dirty and so was the toilet. I would like to have my money back!

Rooms are filthy & staff is horrible. Our first room clearly hadn't been cleaned & was missing the handle to flush the toilet. Our 2nd room was just dirty in general.
