Worst check in I’ve experienced Worst check-in I’ve ever had. Hotel said they couldn’t pull up reservation, even though I had confirmation e-mail from Hotels.com, and my credit card already had the amount taken out. Said they couldn’t call anyone about it either. Very Disappointing Wasn’t nearly as clean as the pictures would have you believe (dirty floors, shower still had someone’s hair all over, sheets and towels smelled like burnt rubber/oil). Check in staff member displayed unprofessional behaviors ex. Smacking on gum…loudly! Noisy guest with zero control.

Hotel was not clean, smelled of smoke. Although there was a kitchen all necessary items to cook were not available and had to be retrieved from the front desk. The hotel was loud between floors and pretty work down.

I was not comfortable in my room due to it having a funny smell. The smell was funny so I automatically felt like it was dirty. I was too tired & honestly felt like every room would be the same based on my perception.

Window was partially opened when we entered….we soon noticed a weird smell, perhaps the reason for the open window. Food residue or something crumbly on the floors. Smoke detector cap dangling from device……
