THE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Internet barely worked! They kept running out of towels ! Upon me leaving I overheard staff talking about me and my business and I am a struggling mother. They also gave someone a key to my room without my permission and I was attacked. I will be hiring a lawyer !

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is just muffins and coffee. Not really a breakfast, IMO. The room was very dusty. Even though it's a non smoking facility. The whole hallway smelled like someone was smoking. The wifi didn't work for my computer in my room so I couldn't get any work done. And the free wifi doesn't work until you pay to upgrade. So technically it's free, but extremely slow. we moved.

Dirty and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. There was also hair in the bathtub. The bed so was horribly uncomfortable! The mattress was like sleeping on concrete!

Dont stay here My wife got scolded for touching the touch screen at the check in desk looking at the dishes you have to ask for in full kitchen room, room stunk so bad had ask for airfreshner just go in room . Still had to go buy glade plugins to mask the smell ( didnt work ) found a pill under air-conditioning unit woke up next morning to a cockroach crawling on the wall

They have signs around the property about a 10 point cleaning process. The carpet had some lint and paper on it. The counter top in kitchen had spots and in the morning, I discovered the shower had hair in the drain and on the walls. Although staff was pleasant, it was not clean. I checked out early and desk clerk said he would pass my complaints on to the manager, but I never got a call. I don't recommend this property to others.

The sheets on the bed were not clean. We went to the front desk to get a new set of sheets. There was no TV remote in the room. We had to ask for plates and silverware because there were none in the room. The manager of the hotel said we should contact you for a refund. I slept very poorly related to this experience.
