I have stayed at every Extended Stay property in the St. Louis area over the last several months. I have always been more than satisfied with each property and I have even left positive reviews. Until I stayed at this property. I usually travel with my son just to get away from the house and it gives us both a chance to catch up on school work. The night Manager is great.! I arrived at midnight, used the door phone to contact guest services and within a couple of minutes the smiling night manager gave me my room key. This is exceptional service and I highly recommend staying at this location!
Gross! This felt like a community rehab center. Awful. So sad and dirty/dark feeling.

The property was not clean at all. Dirty floors. Dirty sheets and cigarette ashes on the bed… and it smelled
