Had to switch my room two different times because either the door wouldn't lock which is a security issue, my second room the smoke alarm kept chirping and it was supposed to be a non smoking floor but all I could smell in the halls was marijuana. ⅝

The staff was nice, but there were vagrants on property and drug use in parking lot … this was not a safe environment to be in… Also, no ice machine …

Floors were VERY sticky. Provided cups were broken / leaking and coffee maker was not cleaned. No dish soap or other listed products were available.

It was good to sleep, but there was roaches, the kitchen appliances was over used, and it smelled like a toilet as the fragrance of the room. This hotel chain used to be good, but its now an apartment for people. Some people lived there.

They didn't have the room I reserved and the room they had for us was too small. We had to cancel the reservation and we expect our money back!
