If you value luxury, this is NOT the place. No elevator and my room was on the third floor. The air unit leaked all over the floor and the maintenance person never came, turns out he called in sick for a few days. I had to change rooms and parts of the floor were unstable in that room. The front desk personnel and cleaning crew were very courteous and helpful though.

Not a bad hotel!! One night stay & the hotel was actually cleaner than I imagined it would be. I always wipe things down myself & everything was surprisingly clean, with the exception of one dresser. The restroom was clean but shower tub made creeky sound like old wooden floor. The area didn’t feel safe though, few weirdos hanging outside. Hallway smelled like cigarettes. When asking for one More pillow , receptionists was upset I called and said I couldn’t get any extras. The room was suppose to be for four people one bed and a pull out sofa bed. The bed only had three pillows. There was not extra blankets or Pillows for the other guests.

Horrible customer service They lost our reservation upon arrival. The front desk said they would give us a free room for the evening and that we would figure it out in the morning. Then at 1:00am they came knocking on our door and said they found our reservation and asked us to move rooms. They would not wait until the next morning. Then said if we didn’t move at 1:00am that they would call the police on us for stealing a room. Horrible stay, no mmaintenance being done First , horrible staff. Rude. After having to call extended stay phone number for someone to show up at desk to CHECK IN. ATTITUDE SUCKED. THEN THE WAY TO THE ROOM HALLWAY STAIRS HAS BROKEN HANDRAILING THAT WILL EITHER CUT SOMEONE OR FAIL. THE DOOR SLAM SO HARD WATCH YOU LITTLE KIDOS GOING IN.
