There were 3 of us driving a U-Haul from Denver to St Louis. We arrived at the hotel minutes before midnight. The door was locked and we called the number on the door. They cancelled our room and filled it for someone else, without acknowledging usbecause it was after 11pm. I looked at the email confirmation and it states last check in is midnight. They told us to go to the 24 hr extended stay around the corner and they'll get us a room. Now it's 1215... They were booked. This locations employee called the other location and... read more

My room was not clean, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, hair in the shower and smelled bad. The outside door to the property did not lock.
