My daughters loved it. This was our first vacation since moving back to Arkansas 8 years ago, and they were super happy. The area is quiet, service was great and staff was friendly!
Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

Hotel was disgusting, had dead bugs all over our bathroom and our whole room stunk really bad. The stairwell smelled like marijuana, which is something i dont like walking into with my two kids with us. You had to pick up an outside phone to be buzzed to enter just the hotel lobby. The booking said two beds and it only had one actual bed, the other was a pull out couch with stains all over the bed. Im surprised this hotel hasent been shut down, i wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here especially with children.

The good the good thing about the property was it had a kitchenette and that’s what I was looking for The bad thing about the property when I go to try to rebook at the front desk they said you had to do everything online so

The room was great staff very friendly and accommodating. Hallways were trashed the housekeeping staff dragged the trash on our way out made the hallway smell bad.other guests were smoking marijuana by the exit doors

Family Time Travel Well, the room they had for me was on the third floor. I can't climb a lot of stairs because of my legs. I requested a room on the main floor. They had a smaller room with one queen bed and a recliner. I had no other choice but to take that one. I tried calling Hotel.com to see about changing my prepaid reservation to another extended stay hotel that had a elevator. I was on the 1st floor and the hallway stunk so bad. Kids were running down the hall all night. Definitely worse than the Motel 6. Will not stay there ever again.
