Above and beyond one of the worst places I’ve stayed at in 25yrs

Very convenient location to highways and eating establishments, stores. Unfortunately: because of COVID rules; You have to request everything necessary for cooking, eating, drinking, etc… But Mgmt was compliant with anything I asked for; So no complaints there. Suite was good value for the price.

We booked this hotel on this site. Showed up to the hotel at 1115pm. Apparently they close at 11pm and gave our reservation away at 7:30pm. Will never book anything through this site or stay at an extended stay ever!!!!

Convenient location. WiFi and cable went out during rain storm (not thunderstorm, just rain). No amenities.

I paid before we left the state that we live in and once we got there we were denied our room and a refund. I’m still currently waiting on a refund a whole week later. The lady at the front and the representative from hotels.com were both very rude. Because of us being denied our room we had to ride around searching for somewhere to sleep with a irritable toddler and everywhere was booked up. We ended up finding a room and had to pay more money to stay there and still hadn’t received a refund. Our weekend getaway was ruined ... read more

Budget friendly You get what you pay for. This hotel definitely is no frills. I would say budget friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
