Poor conditions The conditions regarding cleanliness were not acceptable. The cheapest option is usually that way for a reason. Kitchen drawers were filthy, fridge was dirty, sheets had multiple stains and the carpet had what looked like blood on it. Given the means for a better hotel are there, I would not stay here again. Live and learn

When first arriving the hotel staff was semi unresponsive to basic conversation as the check in took a while. The room was nice and comfortable and came with a full kitchen which was unexpected and had pretty new furniture and a new tv. The really inconvenient and frustrating part of my stay though was the “breakfast” if it can even be called that. One of the main reasons I chose Extended stay over a cheaper motel was the breakfast. When I poured water down the kitchen sink drain, it ran out onto the floor because the drain pipe was not connected. The door had been forced open at one point so the security lock did not work and the door was not true. When I checked out they gave me a receipt. When I looked at it later, it was for less than I had actually been charged. The most aggravating thing is that I wrote two letters to the corporation regarding these issues and they did not have the courtesy to respond to either. UPSET tHE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN WHEN I GOT TO IT SO THEY HAD TO GIVE ME ANOTHER ROOM. THE ROOM THEY GAVE ME HAD A LEAKING FAUCET ADN THE NOISE KEPT ME AWAKE ALL NIGHT

Booked for may 4th 5th and 6th, mix up caused check out a dat early. Had to rent at different hotel.

The room was dirty there was dried up food on the stove rust and the freezers the refrigerators bleach every time I came on some of the outlets didn't work the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work the lamp by the table didn't work there was dust all over the top of the refrigerator the floor was completely dirty and sticky I took a wet rag to clean it up and when I took the rag off the floor the ride was completely Brown and on top of that the phone in the room didn't work I gave a review the first night I checked in and ... read more

Save your money A cup wrapped in plastic was dirty .Old everything.People hung out on balcony and takes at 1 a.m in the morning.
