Fire alarms during sleep The fire alarm went off at 6:30 in the morning. While waiting outside in 30 degree weather for it to stop. Another hotel guest mentioned that it went off the last time she had stayed there. There was absolutely no type of compensation or even any type of an apology from the staff when checking out. Just a bad experience overall wouldn't recommend hotel.

Nul Chambre très salle, frigo cassé, porte pas étanche , bruit de la route +++, très mauvaise literie. Des cafards sur la moquette. Mais bon, petit déjeuner correct

The microwave was broken. Heater only heats for first 5 min. House cleaning was meant for once in a week. For breakfast, they had coffee and 2-3 type of energy bars. Also, they had oats packets. Out of 3 days I took breakfast only one day. You can imagine how bad was that experience.

Grounds were not kept in good condition. Extremely dirty with trash everywhere. Staff was not dressed professionally or appropriately. Had a hole in the bathroom door. Bed was hard and old. Blankets had stains on them.
