DIRTY FILTHY ROACHES

The "non-smoking" room smelled like an ashtray and the double beds that were reserved turned out to only be one bed. We were very tired and decided not to try and get the room changed so I can't speak for how well the staff would have handled it.

My friend and I couldn't get in because it was city law that you had to be 21 to get in.

The room was very smooth my. Either some One smoked cigarettes in the room previously or one of the neighboring rooms had an active smoker.

The room was not cleaned well. Hair was stuck to side of cair. Smelled of smoke in a non smoking rooms. Neighbors were loud. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 3am took fire department 10mins .

The only thing I can say for this hotel was the location was good. Trash in the walk ways. Condon package strewn about Housekeeping only comes when you check-out. The room is furnished like a Motel 6.

I booked a room on the 13th & it was not in the computer when I arrived on the 15th. They tried to give me a room with 2 single beds that smelled so bad when I walked in, it made us sick. I could not stay there & I told the staff to go in there & smell it.

Bug issue :( Bedbugs :( Was supposed to be in the rooms for a full month, cut it short & moved to another hotel halfway through.
