Don’t ever stay here! Heater didn’t get hot in room, big water leak by kitchen sink, comforter had stains on it, smoke smell from guests beside us

we arrived late due to flight delays and the lobby was closed and when a clerk did come, the queen we reserved was no longer available. We were given a room with a twin with a promise to switch the next day, the room was billed as a non smoking room, however when you walked into the door, it wreaked with the smell of smoke. Furthermore, the shower curtain had black mold on the bottom of the curtain, and when we complained, we were told they don't get many complaints, when we asked to be moved to a queen, we were told they do... read more

TV didn't work. I didn't bother asking them to fix it. Floor needed vacuuming. Main light buzzed so loud it was unusable.
