Consistent I have stayed several times. They are like McDonalds. I know how it will be. I know how clean it will be, what the service will be like and a ballpark price. I will continue to use this facility as I have had no problems as of yet on several stays.

Better cleaning staff needed Upper management may need to start going behind the workers to check that everything is completed properly before putting someone in a room. Half jobs are done. The chairs in the room by the table were super dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I wiped all things down with Clorox wipes and it was so much dirt on them. Im sure they dont vaccum often because my new white socks were super dirty. I feel they just need better staff to clean the rooms

If you book with hotel.com or any other 3rd party website the charge you a hundred dollars deposit. Had 2 cards locked cause something about address didn't match location so fraud was alerted. Had to unlock n go to an atm only stayed one night and took more then 30mins just to get a room key. Wasn't the only person with this problem there. Never again will I book at an extended stay again.
