Very dirty and literally disgusting! Filthiest hotel I’ve ever seen! I will never do another extended stay
Room already smelled like smoke told the front desk when I checked in...they didn’t have any other rooms available...after checking out 30 minutes later I got an alert on my phone stating that $250 was taken off..went back to the hotel they charged me for the smoke in the room...talked to them about it...and she basically said I was a lie....I DONT SMOKE ANF THIS WAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

People hanging outside the property , observed drug transactions
Toilet paper was stuck to the vent inside the bathroom. Told front desk about it. They did nothing. Smell was awful.

Truck stop. Nasty place. Run. Do not book here I booked a trip online. The pictures looked good and I thought the location was decent. I traveled from out of town and my daughter and three grandchildren joined me. The room was despicable. I arrived late so I didn’t have time to inspect. The shower tub was filthy. Staying at this place was demoralizing and depressing. I needed a place to stay for over a week while I finished up a job in the area. I thought extended stay would provide me with a comfortable place but I was sorely mistaken. This property was run down, filthy, less than hospitable. It was truly a miserable stay and if I hadn't booked and paid for all of the days, I would have moved out as quickly as I moved in.
